DI am a male, grey and white Mixed Breed mix. Age: My age is unknown. More Info: I have been at the shelter since Jun 02, 2026. TEDDY IS THE REAL DEAL! Teddy spent nearly two weeks living in a foster home before returning because he wasn't the right fit for a household with a very energetic young child. His former family had wonderful things to say about him. * House-trained with no accidents * Walks beautifully on leash-even their 12-year-old could walk him. * Sweet, affectionate, and loves being petted. * Lived peacefully with cats, small dogs, goats, chickens, ducks, and even turkeys. * Enjoys chew toys, stuffies, running around the yard, and then settling in for a good nap. * Slept in bed with his family... apparently he's a bit of a bed hog! His foster family described him as sweet, playful, protective, and a great boy. They said he listens well, has wonderful leash manners, and simply enjoys being part of the family. Teddy has a deep bark when someone enters the yard so he makes a great watch dog who will alert you when someone enters your property. He did well with the older child but wasn't comfortable with a very high-energy young child. Because of that, he'd likely do best in a home with older children or adults who appreciate a calm, loyal companion. If you've been looking for a dog who's already shown he can thrive in a home, Teddy deserves a look.
