Meet Sampson Sampson is a 5-6-year-old gentle giant who has been patiently waiting for a home since August 2025. While many dogs are quickly noticed and adopted, Sampson continues to spend his days living in a boarding kennel, waiting for someone to finally see the incredible dog he is. Sampson is a true hidden gem. He has a wonderful balance of being playful, affectionate, and easygoing. One of his favorite things in the world is playing ball, and he is always happy to join his people for a walk, a car ride, or a new adventure. He rides beautifully in the car and enjoys spending time with the people he loves. This sweet boy is known for his affectionate nature and gentle personality. He takes treats softly, enjoys attention, and has a habit of leaning into his people for extra affection. Despite spending so much time in boarding, Sampson remains loving, loyal, and eager to please. On leash, Sampson may be excited at first, especially after spending so much time confined to a kennel, but he settles nicely and enjoys getting out to explore. With consistency and a stable home environment, he is sure to thrive. Sampson is dog-friendly, though a meet and greet is recommended for any potential canine siblings. Cats are unknown. Due to his size, he would do best with older children. After spending more than 300 days waiting, Sampson deserves the chance to experience what every dog dreams of-a family, a comfortable home, and people to call his own.
