Hi friends! My name is Lucky ��%8D'� My friends tell me I used to be called Luke, but personally, I think Lucky suits me better because I'm still waiting for my lucky break and my perfect family ��ե I came all the way from a shelter in Houston when I was just a scared little puppy. The world has always felt a little big and overwhelming to me, so I like to take my time learning that new people, places, and things are safe �ٴ� Once I trust you though? I'm pretty awesome ��%90��%8F I love toys �٤� snacks ��|� cuddles �ٴ� and hanging out with my favorite people. If I hear apples ��%8DZ being cut, you can bet I'll come running ��լ I'm also a professional sock collector �٤| so if your laundry mysteriously disappears, I suggest we don't ask too many questions ��ǣ I'm looking for a calm, patient family that understands shy dogs. The biggest thing on my wishlist is a confident dog sibling ��%90%BE Other dogs help me feel brave, and I really come out of my shell when I have a furry friend showing me the ropes. I would also love a securely fenced yard where I can explore, play, and do my business without the scary pressure of busy walks and noisy streets ��θ I can be nervous around strangers and need people to let me go at my own pace �ٴ� When I feel safe, my silly personality starts to shine through. I'll play, cuddle, make you laugh, and remind you that the best things in life are worth waiting for ��ժ I'm crate trained and actually LOVE my crate. It's my cozy little bedroom where I can relax, recharge, and enjoy some peace and quiet ���� Because I'm still building confidence and can become uncomfortable when life gets too busy, I'm hoping for an adult-only home where things are calm and predictable. I know I'm not the easiest dog, but I promise I'm worth it.
