About Cooper

Cooper is a rescue dog we are told who formerly belonged to a homeless person. He bonded well with me but for unknown reasons occasionally nips my wife and others who are simply petting him. He is normally very sweet but sometimes nips with no apparent warning or provocation. We are seniors and can't safely manage him. He might make an excellent and very loyal companion for one person. We think he's an absolute doll most of the time, and it breaks our hearts that we have to rehome him.
