At just 9 months old, Chopper is a handsome 30-pound brown Terrier mix with adorable, oversized ears that are impossible to resist. His mom is a Beagle/Pit Bull Terrier mix, and he inherited the best qualities of both breeds-intelligence, loyalty, affection, and a playful spirit. Chopper is an energetic young pup who thrives on attention and interaction. He loves spending time with his people and is happiest when he's playing a game of chase, engaging in a lively tug-of-war match with his favorite pull toys, or simply soaking up affection. Because of his active nature, Chopper needs a family that has the time and commitment to provide him with plenty of exercise, playtime, and companionship. This sweet boy is very affectionate and loves being part of the action. He gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine playmate. His compatibility with cats is currently unknown. A securely fenced yard is a must for Chopper so he can safely run, play, and burn off some of that puppy energy.
