About Chloe-FOSTER needed!!!

URGENT need for a foster parent for sweet Chloe, through a rescue org.!!! Can also foster to adopt through it. Shepherds are at an increased risk of being euthanized when the shelter, Chicago Animal Care and Control, gets over-capacity. The shelter has a policy of mostly not offering purebred Shepherds up for adoption. Poor Chloe is only rescue due to this policy, therefore chance of making it out of there is even more decreased! The rescue orgs. that are taking foster/foster to adopt applications for Chloe are: German Shepherd Rescue, Inc. if live in Chicagoland area/parts of Indiana(gsrescue1.org) and Mit Liebe German Shepherd Dog Rescue if in Wisconsin/Northern Illinois, possibly somewhat further range, depending on how strong one's application is (www.mlgsdr.com). Sharing the following from one of the rescue orgs. that is taking applications: Owner surrender because landlord issues. Is 11 years old. Owner noted she is friendly with kids and around other animals. She is doing a lot of owner searching and is pretty stressed at the shelter, but had no issues with handling and did fine meeting another dog. End. Tragically, Chloe is higher risk than the typical for being euthanized when the shelter gets over-capacity, since showing signs of stress, which the shelter also euthanizes for, mental distress! Do not message the email link below, unless having some issues, have to go through the aforementioned rescues. Please, if can help sweet, beautiful Chloe, fill out an application with the rescues. Chloe will not be listed on their websites, since don't have her, can't, until a person steps up to foster/foster to adopt. Be that hero!!!
