About Lucy

I helped rescue Lucy last June when her owners abandoned her & 2 of her siblings on the side of the road. She is house trained, crated trained, & up to date on all vaccines. I am unsure what experience she had with people prior to when I rescued her at 6 months of age and she is sometimes a bit hesitant when meeting new people. However, she warms up quickly and loves attention! She knows basic commands including sit, down, stay, come, & place. She listens pretty well inside the home and is generally laid back. Her activity levels kick up a notch when she gets outside. She loves squirrels and rabbits & will try to chase them at any opportunity. She goes to doggie daycare once per week for socialization with other dogs and people. I am trying to rehome her because she has a dominant personality and is trying to exhibit that more with my partners children and older dog. She needs an owner that can teach her she isn't in charge. I'd recommend a kid (young) free environment & no cats.
