About Ollie

Meet Ollie, a handsome 9-10 pound, 5 yr old Morkie (Yorkie/Maltese) boy being fostered in Chico, TX. Only Texas applicants will be considered. Ollie has been in rescue for a while but is now ready for his special family that is ready for a playful, loving boy that can bring lots of laughs and fun. Ollie is an over-the-top playful boy that will need a securely fenced space to run and a playmate that would love to challenge him to play. He came to UYR after he was found on a dark lonely Kansas field in the middle of the night. Fortunately a visitor to the area was able to rescue him and brought him to Texas on her way back home. Since he was able to run free he needed some space and time to adjust to a backyard and learn to play in a family friendly environment. He has been with one of our fosters who owns a beautiful kennel in North Texas...he loves everyone, small to medium dogs�'�|not fond or larger dogs..but will play play play. A perfect family would be someone who is used to a high energy, lovable boy. He likes to challenge a leash but for sure with one on one training he is so smart and savvy that he will catch on quickly. Ollie is vetted and up to date on vaccines�'�|not sure on the potty training since he has been in an open environment but with a family that is ready for this sweet baby he ll catch on quickly.
