About BUBBLES

BUBBLES is a 2 year old, 18.2 pound Corgi found as a stray. She was taken to a shelter and when no one came forward for her, she came to us to find a new home. BUBBLES is shy and a bit timid when meeting new people. She may take a little time to warm up in a new environment, but she is a sweet girl who enjoys being part of the family once she feels comfortable. She will do best with a family that understands she may need a little extra patience as she settles in and learns that she is safe and loved. BUBBLES likes other dogs and enjoys playing with dogs her own size. We think her best home is going to be with another small, playful dog. We do not know how she would be with cats or kids but think older kids would be fine. BUBBLES is not yet potty trained but has learned to use a dog door and happily heads outside when there are squirrels to chase. She will need continued guidance and consistency as she learns household routines. A securely fenced yard is required for her safety and to give her room to run and play. Like many young dogs, she can become mischievous when left alone and enjoys chewing cords, investigating the corners of the couch, and enthusiastically de-stuffing plush toys. At night, BUBBLES usually sleeps tucked under the bed, although she occasionally decides the big bed is a better option. BUBBLES is spayed, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, has had a ProHeart 12 heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. *To meet or adopt one of our dogs, you must first submit an adoption application for review. Important - check your spam folder for follow up questions and responses from our team. *A Place of Hope Rescue is a foster-based rescue located in Pensacola, Florida. We do not have a physical facility for visits. We adopt within a 6 hour drive to Pensacola. Puppies and dogs with pending vet appointments, and dogs with behavioral or medical issues are only adoptable locally (within 1 hour to Pensacola). We do not ship or transport our dogs.
