About Sadie

Meet Sadie! Some dogs are good dogs. Some dogs are great dogs. And then there's Sadie... she's simply perfect. Sadie is happy, friendly, affectionate, and truly loves everyone she meets. Whether it's a family member, a visitor, or a complete stranger, she's always ready to make a new friend. She has a joyful spirit that lights up every room she enters and a sweet personality that makes it impossible not to fall in love with her. What Sadie has been through recently makes her sweetness even more remarkable. When Sadie came into Crazy4Pawz Animal Rescue, she was scheduled for what we thought would be a routine spay and much-needed dental. During surgery, our veterinarian discovered that Sadie had a closed pyometra - a severe, life-threatening uterine infection that can be fatal if left untreated. Because there were no obvious outward signs, it could have easily been missed until it was too late. Thankfully, Sadie got the care she desperately needed just in time. In addition to emergency pyometra surgery, Sadie also had: Comprehensive bloodwork A dental procedure with 12 teeth removed to Relieve years of pain and infection Treatment for two ear infections Despite everything she endured, Sadie has remained happy, loving, and full of life. She greets each day with a wagging tail and a heart full of love. She is currently living in a townhome, but she would absolutely love a home with a secure yard where she can stretch her legs, run her famous zoomies, and enjoy being a dog. Watching Sadie get the zoomies is guaranteed to make you smile! While a yard isn't required, it would truly be a dream come true for this happy girl. Please note: **We only guess the breed. No DNA testing has been completed, so her breed mix is our best estimate.** At Crazy4Pawz Animal Rescue, we aren't looking for just any home for Sadie-we're looking for the perfect home. A home where she will be cherished, spoiled, and loved for the rest of her life. Sadie's adoption fee is **$350**, which helps offset only a portion of the extensive veterinary care she has received. Like all foster-based rescues, we do not receive government funding and rely on adoption fees and donations to continue saving lives. To ensure the best match for both Sadie and her adopter, we offer a **5-day trial period**. If for any reason Sadie isn't the right fit, her adoption fee will be fully refunded.
