About Polo

Hi, I'm Polo! I'm part of a bonded pair! My brother Marco and I are best friends and cannot be separated. We are both happy and playful, but Marco is a little more outgoing than I am. I'm a little more reserved and shy. I still love activities like walks, car rides, and playing in the yard. Marco and I are really good boys - housetrained, not mischievous, and can be left alone at home for short periods. We love walks daily! We also need a fenced yard so we can play off-leash together. Since we're happy with just each other, we prefer to be only dogs, but with proper intro could be with a low key female, no cats, or kids under 10. We're all you need, we promise! If you're interested in adopting us, first fill out an adoption application, and then if you look good the rescue requires a home visit and an excellent vet reference. CLBTRF matches families with dogs based on what the particular dog(s) need and how the family can accommodate those needs. Polo and I need an active family to provide enrichment of walks, hikes and activities in the yard. But most of all, we have to be adopted as a pair. Here's a little more about me: Housetrained? Yes Leash-trained? Yes, there's room for improvement Rides well in a car? Yes Good with other dogs? The pair is dog selective, can be good with low key female with proper, slow introduction. Good with cats? No Good with young children? Yes, okay with respectful children 10 and older. Good with strangers? Yes Shy or confident? A little more shy than Marco, but still friendly!
