About Lizzie

We have been helping abandoned and neglected animals for years. Now, terminal illness forces finding new forever homes for our sweet rescues. Lizzie is a highly intelligent, well-mannered lady, who has spirit, but is mellow in a calm home. She is living with several dogs and cats, but would likely appreciate being with one friend. She is tempted to chase cats, but responds to 'no'. She knows some commands and behaves well. But she dies not like going outside if it is raining. She is very loving and enjoys your love for her. Lizzie has a beautiful, soulful gaze! She can be very talkative when it is time to get up in the morning! We aren't sure of Lizzie's mix, and the choices offered for the listing didn't really describe her. She is likely a Lab/Hound mix. Lizzie would be a wonderful, loyal friend for life! Her dad wants to be sure she has a secure, loving home before he leaves this mortal earth.
