About Beethoven

Beethoven is a beloved member of our family, and this is not a decision we are making lightly. Over the past couple years, however, we have experienced increasing challenges related to his behavior around strangers and, more concerningly, interactions involving our children. Despite our efforts to manage the situation and provide a safe environment, we have come to the difficult conclusion that our home may no longer be the best fit for his long-term success. We are hoping to find an experienced individual, foster home, rescue organization, or adopter who may be better equipped to meet Beethoven's needs and provide him with an environment where he can thrive. Our primary goal is to ensure that he is placed responsibly and given every opportunity for a successful future. If your organization is able to assist, evaluate his situation, or provide referrals to other rescues, fosters, or resources, we would be extremely grateful. We are happy to provide additional information about Beethoven's history, temperament, training, and behavioral challenges to help determine whether he may be a suitable candidate for your program.
