Reason for re-home: We are moving into a pet-free apartment. She's a sweet and beautiful lion head mix who likes to lay around and chew on hay all day. She's 2 years old, healthy, and box trained. Isn't destructive nor the type to hop around the house in search for stuff to chew. I let her free roam but she prefers to stay where her bowls and box are. We aren't sure how she would do with furniture in the same room as her; we only keep her stuff in her room and none of ours. She's a really good rabbit- calm, sweet, sometimes shy, and not super messy. She likes to be pet while eating and shows it by slowing her chewing and shutting her eyes. She doesn't like loud noises at all, so if you have loud, touchy kids or a noisy house(dogs barking, people talking loudly) she won't like it. Somewhere gentle, quiet, calming, and safe will be the best place for her. She wants someone who will gently pet her and not make too much noise around the house. She doesn't like other animals getting near her territory. We've tried introducing her to another female rabbit and a calm chihuahua but she did not like it. She likes to have her privacy and space to herself. From what we've seen, she isn't the type to start biting and fighting. She just stomps her feet and humps the other rabbit. If you have animals who are quiet and mind their own business, she might be fine with that. Her not getting along with other animals is most likely because she isn't spayed. If you have any other questions you can message (813)- 538- 2544 I put the fee as $25 and want to make sure she goes to someone safe. She is great rabbit and deserves a great home.
