This adorable young pup who we call Howie Mandell was saved from a TN shelter minutes before euthanasia. He is approx 5 mos old, 38 lbs, fully vaccinated and will be neutered. Howie is very friendly and apparently loves water and can swim. We believe he's an aussie mix. Howie needs a forever home immediately as he is in very temp foster care.
