She enjoys toys and bones, especially when you keep things interesting for her. She's not the kind of dog who instantly adjusts to change-she needs time. When she enters a new home, the best thing you can give her is space to sniff, explore, and decompress at her own pace. She has only been in the car a few times and may be a bit restless, so she'll need someone willing to help her build confidence slowly and gently. Hazel may be able to live with another dog with proper, slow introductions and the right match. She would do best with a calm, respectful dog who understands boundaries. She cannot live with cats. Hazel isn't for everyone. She needs an experienced, adult-only home that understands that trust isn't given instantly-it's earned. But for the person who gives her that chance?
