About ANNA

Anna is a delightful 1- 2-year-old shepherd mix weighing about 36 pounds (just the perfect medium size!) Anna came to us with two other small dogs from a horrific situation where she had been starved and neglected. Along with that, she was Heartworm positive. Since being with us she has undergone heartworm treatment, was spayed, etc. and is a happy, easygoing girl who loves to play but is just as content cuddling on the couch and relaxing with her people. She is house trained, rides well in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and gets along great with other dogs, cats, and kids. Shes not destructive and doesnt have bad habits around the house, making her an easy companion to have around. Anna came to us from a heartbreaking situation where she was nearly starved to death and little more than skin and bones. Since then, shes lovingly nursed back to health and has absolutely blossomed into a sweet, affectionate, and grateful dog! She is going to make a WONDERFUL addition to a family!
