About Beaucephus

Beau is a loving 3 year old chocolate lab who needs a home with land, loving owners and no other dogs. He is food aggressive around dogs and has gotten in a handful of fights with our other dog. Unfortunately, with these tendencies we sadly no longer feel comfortable having him with our now 6 month old son. It breaks our hearts to rehome him, but we want to do right by him while also ensuring the safety of our son as he starts to become more mobile and independent. We have spent a significant amount of money training him since he was young and he can do the following with ease: sit, down, and place. He is leash trained as well but prefers to roam free in a large yard/land. We want to find him the best home possible where he can receive all the love, care, and attention he deserves without the stressor of another dog.
