About Bubby

Bubby is a sweet and smart dog but has a particular temperment with triggers that requires a knowledgeable handler. We just can manage his needs like we had hoped with a newborn. He requires daily walks and play or does get worse. He has had training for resource guarding and redirecting (toward owner), but still needs someone who knows how to handle these as he is a bite risk. Has many triggers like recliners, dog across fences, and brooms. Is not a dog to cuddle and needs someone who knows how to read animal body language as he is not afraid to snap if he has given you cues not to pet him. He's anxious during thunderstorms/fireworks and going to the vet. Is a dog that needs routine and boundaries. House broken and knows many commands.
