About Totoro

Totoro will be three years old next month and has grown up alongside our daughter who is only three months younger than him. We are in the process of trying to move due to work opportunities and we don't know what kind of environment we will end up in, or if it will be suitable for a St. Bernard. He is intact, and AKC registered. I am willing to have him neutered. He is not aggressive towards cats, but I have never owned any, and he has never been around any. With that said, when he sees them in the backyard, he tries to chase them maniacally. Last weekend he saw one on the fence and accidentally broke an interior window, cutting himself on his left knee. Hence the cone. I took him to an emergency vet where he received sutures and he is on antibiotics to prevent infection. He is and has always been very well taken care of and I have vet records from 3 months old to current.
