About Zuki

Zuki is a 3 year old toy Aussie (aka American shepherd) that weighs about 8 lbs. He is a beautiful red merle pup that has one amber eye and one that is marbled with amber and blue. He is a bubbly, intelligent, fun-loving boy who loves people and other animals. Not positive on how reliable his house training is, but he hasn't had an accident in our home yet, and does beautifully with his kennel training. Zuki belonged to a family member who is no longer with us, and we cannot keep him due to our prey-driven working dogs. He was originally a very expensive guy, but we are only hoping to recoup some of what we have into updating his care. He has been vaccinated, microchipped, updated on preventatives, and professionally groomed. He will need to be neutered. He does have a minor cataract in his amber eye due to an injury he sustained as a puppy, but it does not affect him in any way. He will go home with a harness, leash, some of his current food, and whatever else we acquire between now and then. Zuki is a wonderful boy with a hilarious 'sense of humor' that deserves a family that is equally awesome. We are not in a hurry to place him and will wait on the right home to come along.
