About Oakley

Oakley is a miniature Australian Shepard and is about 25 lbs. She needs a home life that I, unfortunately, cannot currently provide her. She is aggressive towards one of our older dogs in the home and the situation has become unsafe despite training and medication for her anxiety. She has no bite history with people but has bitten other dogs. She LOVES her people and is very sweet otherwise, but her trust has to be earned first. She is weary of strangers especially in her home. She will thrive in an active home that doesn't have other pets. She's fine with our cat however, I could see her chasing a smaller cat since she has attacked small animals in our yard. She is a beautiful red-tri and still could have a great life with the right person that has the time and patience to work with her.
