About Charlie

��%90%BE Meet Charlie ��%90%BE Charlie-previously Cashew-is still looking for his forever home. Charlie has been such a sweet boy. He has abandoned by his owner when they moved out. The neighbor/finder could no longer care for him, so she brought him to me. When he first came to me, he was very scared and in rough shape, but he has since been groomed and treated for fleas and is doing much better. He is scheduled to receive his rabies vaccine tomorrow. Charlie has a wonderful temperament and has shown excellent house manners so far. He appears to be house-trained and has done very well in the home environment. He gets along well with other dogs and seems to do well with cats, too. He enjoys being around children, though he does need a little time to warm up, especially around kids who are more energetic or loud. Once he feels comfortable, he is incredibly sweet, gentle, and affectionate. He has really come out of his shell and continues to show what a great companion he can be. An adoption contract will be required. As part of the agreement, Charlie must be neutered and kept as an indoor companion dog. Charlie is located in Ellis County.
