About Goober

2YO, Male, Australian Shepherd He is 48 lbs Birthdate 1-20-2024 Our gotcha date 3-16-2024 He is fixed We purchased Goober from a local breeder. He has been with us since a pup! High energy being a herding dog. He loves to run and play. We have 3 children, so he has been around kids and he is fine with them. He is good with other dogs and cats as well. House and crate trained! Doesn't always have the best manners, I am by no means a great dog 'trainer' especially being so tied up with kids and working. This is my main reasoning for rehoming him. He is very smart and eager to please and learn, so I have no doubt he'd strive with someone who has a bit more time for him. He had been a wonderful dog to our family, I just want the best for him. My hope is that I can have him rehomed by July 2, 2026.
