* 2 year old Labrador mix * weighs 60 pounds * not yet neutered but he will be * heartworm negative * he was brought in as a stray * friendly, greets you with tail wags at his door * quiet and calm in kennel * walks well on the leash; may pull a little when he catches a good scent but redirects easily * treat motivated, a gentle treat taker and will catch them if you toss one to him * curious outside; enjoyed sniffing and checking things out * smart - knows to sit on command * appears to be housebroken * big fan of back scratches and pets - he leans in close for them * attentive, and wants to please * happy, friendly, smart, playful, and very sweet! Cruz is a super handsome boy. He is a happy dog who wants to be your friend. He enjoyed hanging out together in the yard and welcomed all the pets and attention I gave him. Cruz has a beautiful smile that will brighten your day. He loves back scratches and pets and leans in close to your legs for them. He's a smart boy who listens well and wants to please. Cruz has been down on his luck lately but he hasn't let it get him down. He is hoping for a family to come along and take him home. Cruz is waiting in our FULL shelter please come meet him!
