MEDICAL ISSUES: L femoral neck fracture - old - non-union/ failure to heal, femoral head free floating in hip socket - resulting in chronic bone on bone grinding and pain with ambulation Pt needs femoral head removal procedure to remove free floating femoral head and neck. Prognosis good with this procedure.
