About HARLEY

Meet Harley Please read her entire bio before applying. Harley is a 2-year-old Dachshund mix who weighs approximately 15 pounds. A few months ago, Harley was found after being hit by a car and left on the side of the road. Thankfully, she was rescued, given the care she needed, and is now ready to find the loving forever home she deserves. Harley is a sweet, affectionate little girl with an amazing temperament and so much love to give. She is great with children and gets along well with dogs of all sizes. She loves chewing on bones, playing with toys, and having fun with her canine friends. Harley is also a true Velcro dog and will happily follow you from room to room just to be close to her people. At night, she loves to cuddle and sleep nearby. She is incredibly affectionate, gives lots of kisses, and truly enjoys being part of the family. Harley does well with house training as long as someone goes outside with her. When given guidance, she remains accident-free. However, if left on her own, she has had occasional accidents in the house. One of Harley's funny little quirks is that she does not like going to the bathroom on wet grass. We have not yet tested Harley on a leash, so we do not know how she will do on walks at this time.
