About Roo

Roo is a loving girl with a big puppy heart. She is about 53lb and 7 years old. If she is allowed she enjoys napping on the couch with you but does have some territory issues but has never snipped or bit another person or animal. Has went through obedience trainer so is good on leash and commands but has some issues with pertinence. She has been around a baby that is not yet crawling but has never been around any other children. She is good with other animals, but for example, if she's barking at a fence because of another dog and a dog goes by her she has a tendency to direct her energy wrongly. We currently had a baby and with my wife being a stay at home mom with a baby about to crawl it is becoming difficult having two dogs around to let in and out and give them the love they deserve. We don't want to take her to shelter because we don't want anything bad to happen to her. We rescued her as a puppy and just want her to be happy somewhere. Would do great as a single dog household with someone that can continue to work with her training. She is good with both the cats we have as well.
