With the right care, FIV cats can live long, happy lives, and Simba is ready to enjoy every moment! He can live with other cats, though he also enjoys his quiet moments. Simba does best on a high-protein diet and does require more vet care than a regular cat to stay healthy. FIV is spread mainly through deep bite wounds, so casual contact like sharing food, water, or grooming is very unlikely to transmit the virus.
