This is a very hard decision, but I'm looking to find the right home for my 4-year-old Blue Heeler, Arvo. As a full-time single mom working full time and living in an apartment, I know he deserves more attention, exercise, and stimulation than I'm able to give him right now. Arvo is incredibly loyal, affectionate, and very smart. He's a true 'velcro dog' who loves being near his person and will happily follow you around all day. His cattle dog instincts are strong, and he would thrive in a home where he has space to move, something to do, and someone who understands working breeds. A few things about Arvo: %BD' Neutered, 4 years old %BD' Very loyal and protective - a great guard dog %BD' Wary of strangers at first but warms up quickly %BD' Very cuddly and loves being close to his person %BD' Great with my 6-year-old daughter (though limited experience with other kids) %BD' Not good with other dogs and will need continued socialization work Arvo would do best in a home where he can be active and mentally stimulated-ideally with someone experienced with working breeds or cattle dogs. If you think you might be a good fit, please message me and tell me a little about your home and experience with dogs. My biggest goal is finding the right home where Arvo can really thrive. %BD%BD%90%BE
