About Scout

Our family is making the heartbreaking decision to rehome our dog Scout due to her inability to be in the home with our young child. Scout is a sweet and loyal dog who would make a great companion in an adult-only or older children home. She is smart and eager to please. She is prey driven towards small animals but trained on a prong collar walks well and responds to redirection. She requires a controlled introduction to other dogs but currently lives with another big dog that is her best pal. She is docile and affectionate at home, but game for any outdoor adventure! She is 7 years old, german shepard-golden-lab mix, healthy with uptodate vaccines.
