Meet Gracie Mae! This beautiful gentle girl is currently in a loving foster home learning what it's like to be a treasured member of a family. She is about 2 years old and weighs in a 62 pounds. Her exact breed mix is unknown, but the best guess is that she's mostly Great Pyrenees, with perhaps some English Shepherd or Australian Shepherd. Gracie Mae was one of 80 dogs confiscated by law enforcement from a terrible hoarding situation. She was heart worm positive when taken into rescue, but after lots of TLC in her foster home, she's now a completely healthy girl, ready for a family of her own. She has been spayed and is current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. Gracie Mae is house trained, crate trained and walks beautifully on a leash. She gets along well with other dogs. Gracie Mae is docile and eager to please so given her easy-going nature, her foster mom believes she would be a wonderful fit is most any kind of family. Gracie Mae does prefer a quiet home and she can be shy when first meeting new people.
