About Mexx

Meet Mexx - a dog who's been let down far too many times. After the loss of his owner, Mexx was bounced around, adopted out, and never truly given the stability and safety every dog deserves. Yes, Mexx is 10 years old - a senior Shepherd - but don't let that fool you. This handsome guy still has plenty of life, energy, and drive left in him. While he'd love nothing more than a soft bed and a home to finally call his own, he also needs an outlet for the working-dog instincts that are deeply rooted in him. Mexx comes from an impressive line of champion working dogs and is a well-bred import Shepherd. If circumstances had been different, perhaps he never would have ended up searching for a new beginning at all. Mexx would thrive with someone who understands working dogs and appreciates the intelligence, loyalty, and drive that come with them. In return, he's ready to give his whole heart to the person willing to finally give him the forever home he deserves. Our rescue is entirely run by dedicated volunteers who give their time, energy, and hearts to help these dogs get the care and second chance they deserve.
