This very nice dog was found abandoned and tied to a fence standing in the rain last night in Memphis TN. We were able to get him to safety in a temporary boarding arrangement and will be working on vetting and other needs. According to volunteers who have him now, he is a very good natured dog. Despite all he's been thru, he is very friendly and seems to love people. We do not know his history, but we need to get him a longer term home.
