Meet Reginald (Reggie for short!) Reggie is a sweet ~7-year-old grey Chi/Poodle mix with a curious spirit and a heart full of love. At around 15 pounds, he's the perfect little companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend. This affectionate little guy loves walks, cozy cuddle sessions, and simply being close to his person. Once Reggie feels safe and connected, his loving personality truly shines, and he becomes an incredibly devoted companion. Reggie can be a little shy, especially around men and in new situations, so he'll need patience, reassurance, and time to settle into his forever home. He's looking for a calm, understanding environment with someone who is home often and willing to help him build confidence and feel secure. He tends to be more comfortable with women, but we're very open to multiple slow, gentle meet-and-greets with anyone kind and patient enough to earn his trust. Once Reggie bonds with you, he truly opens up and becomes an amazing, loving little guy. Underneath his cautious side is a sweet dog who just wants to feel safe, loved, and understood.
