About Teddy

Teddy is a sweet, smart, and incredibly friendly Standard Poodle who's ready to find his forever home. From the moment he meets you, his warm and welcoming personality shines through-he truly loves people and is happiest when he's by your side. With a medium energy level, Teddy is the perfect balance of playful and relaxed. He enjoys a good game of fetch, social time with other dogs, and then settling down close to his favorite human for some quality cuddle time. He's been great with every dog he's met so far and stays pretty calm on walks, just casually noticing other pups along the way. He is currently working on his leash manners and is already making great progress! Teddy is affectionate and thrives on connection, so he'll do best with someone who can provide both love and gentle guidance. He can be a little needy at times, but with a confident leader, he's already showing that he can grow into a more independent and secure companion. Teddy is very smart and eager to learn! He already knows commands like sit, paw, place, and wait (especially when he's calm), and he's picking up new skills quickly. He's potty trained and making great progress with crate training-he's already improved so much in just a few days. Teddy's ideal home is one where he can continue building his confidence, enjoy regular playtime, and most importantly, be close to his people.
