About Blue and Gold Maccaw

Zippy the blue and gold maccaw. He is very healthy. Very social loves to talk he says a few words. He loves music and cartoons. I am his 3rd handler and I am hoping to find him his fire at home with his forever family. Please call with serious inquiries only and I can tell you so much more about him. Thank you. I'm located in Florida. He also comes with his large cage all his food and products bath spray, beak ointment, toys. He loves his balls and will actually cry out loud if you try to take his ball out of the cage. There is absolutely nothing wrong with him he is a very healthy 5 year old tot. I'm only giving him away because I bought him in a whim and I knew nothing about taking care of a bird of this nature. He requires training and alot of attention. He used to scream a lot but I found this wonderful solution on Amazon and it's bird hemp they gave the seed and oil I have found the oil to be more effective. I just add it to his food. He's alot calmer not and don't scream. Please I would love him to go to a home that someone would love to take the time to train him and once that's done you've got a friend for life. If you have never owned a bird of this nature than he is not for you. I want him to get into the hands of someone who has been dealing with the birds for a long time. I really am waiting to find him his forever home. His first owner died and the second owner left him outside in a storeage she's out side yes outside! poor baby and his 3rd owner like myself was clueless she only had him 1 month I have had him 3 months now and he's inside right inside my living room so he can be a part of everything. He needs trained he has absolutely no training. So he is ready for a freah start with a new owner that can take time with him train him and give him lots of love. I wish I could do it I wanted him all my life now I'm in my mid 40s and I'm clueless. Someone please help me help Zippy get into the right hands. I would even work with a transporter if needed.
