Romeo is still waiting for his happily-ever-after, and if dogs could write wish lists, his would probably be pretty simple: a soft bed, a family to love, and someone who finally says, 'You're home.' %90 ժ This sweet 2-year-old Labrador mix has been at the shelter with his brother Ranger since May of 2025, making them the longest-term residents in our care. While other dogs have come and gone, Romeo has stayed hopeful, greeting each day with quiet kindness and a wag that says he hasn't given up yet. Romeo is a gentle soul who was raised around kids, dogs, and cats, so he already knows how to fit into the rhythm of family life. He may take a moment to settle into new surroundings, but once he trusts you, he becomes the kind of companion who sticks close like your favorite song on a summer drive. He's affectionate, loyal, and happiest when he's near the people he loves. He's leash-trained, neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to walk out the shelter doors today and into a brand-new chapter. Romeo doesn't need perfection. He just needs someone willing to give a longtime shelter dog the chance he's been patiently waiting for. %90%BE
