About Leroy

Leroy wasn't much bigger than a loaf of bread the day animal control found him wandering along a road. His white�'��and�'��tan fur was tangled, his little paws were sore, and he kept glancing over his shoulder as if he expected someone to come But no one did. At the shelter, he tried her best to be brave. he wagged his tail at every passerby, hoping this person might be the one to scoop him up. But the shelter was loud, and Leroy was gentle. he curled into the back of her kennel, waiting for a kindness she wasn't sure would come. It did. A rescue volunteer spotted him- a tiny dog with big, hopeful eyes - and knew instantly that Leroy didn't belong behind bars. he belonged in a lap. In a home. In a life where soft blankets and soft voices were the norm. So Leroy was pulled from the shelter and brought into rescue, where everything changed. he learned that meals come on time. That baths aren't scary when someone whispers sweet things while brushing out the knots. That toys squeak. That couches are warm. That people can be safe. And slowly, Leroy bloomed. Now Leroy is ready. Ready for a family who sees he's sweetness. Ready for a home where he will never be lost or lonely again. Ready for someone who wants a loyal companion with a soft coat, a soft heart, and a story that deserves a beautiful ending. Leroy isn't just a rescue dog. Hes a rescued soul looking for her forever.
