Meet Franny! Franny is an absolutely adorable little girl who weighs 17 pounds and is around a year old. We found her in deep South Texas at the La Joya shelter, where she was struggling with a skin condition. Thankfully, she is currently receiving treatment and is doing wonderfully. Franny has a friendly, outgoing personality and loves both people and other dogs. She's truly never met a stranger! And to make her even more irresistible, she has the cutest little nubby tail that adds to her charm. Franny is sweet, social, and ready to find a loving home where she can continue to thrive.
