Soleil appears to be an American Barrier - a dog that is primarily a blend of American Bulldog and American Street Terrier. Soleil (So-lay, French name for 'Sun') and her litter of puppies were found trying to survive on a vacant lot in Miami. If they hadn't been rescued, they might not have survived. Copy and paste this link to see a video of Soleil being rescued with her puppies: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1DpsVSRU4T/ Soleil did a good job raising her babies, and now she's ready for a human family to call her own. Despite everything she's been through, she is a sweet girl who gets along great with the humans and dogs (although she can be dog selective) at the rescue. Her estimated age is 2 years old. Local HOA restrictions on bully breeds have made it difficult for Soleil to get adopted. She has been with the rescue for over a year now, and she deserves a permanent, loving home. She has American Bulldog coloring and characteristics (like her gorgeous hazel eyes), but is medium terrier sized (40 pounds). Soleil has had full veterinary care and is microchipped. Thanks to an anonymous sponsor, the normal $250 adoption fee will be waived to the right home. If you are interested in adopting Soleil, please go to www.gofar.dog under 'Adopt' and complete an application.
