This is honestly an incredibly hard decision for me, but I want to do what's truly best for him long-term. He's a 4.5-year-old German Shepherd mix with a huge heart and so much love to give. I currently live in an apartment, and I truly believe he would thrive in a home with: * a fenced yard * another playful dog companion * and owners who can give him more activity and structure than I currently can He has always had a sibling dog up until the last year, and I've noticed how much he misses that companionship. He absolutely LOVES other dogs and gets extremely excited when he sees them. Because of that excitement, he can bark/react on walks, which can come across intimidating at first, but it's typically overstimulation and wanting to engage/play rather than aggression. He walks well on leash overall and has been trained using an e-collar, but he would still benefit from continued confidence-building and structured training around distractions/other dogs. He's a very smart dog and responds well with consistency. A few things about him: 'ۢ HUGE cuddle bug 'ۢ Total shadow dog - he will follow you everywhere 'ۢ Loyal and deeply attached to his people 'ۢ Obsessed with fetch (seriously ) Fetch is his favorite thing in the world, so please only consider him if you genuinely have the time and desire to play with him daily - even 20 minutes of fetch makes him the happiest dog ever. This is not a first-come-first-serve situation. I care deeply about where he goes and want the absolute best fit for him. Please message me if you think you could give him the life he deserves.
