About Eddie

SUNNY AND SWEET Eddie is just about 2 years old. He has been neutered, is heart worm negative and up to date on vaccines. He weighs 60 lbs. Eddie is VERY FRIENDLY and well socialized with dogs and people. His temperament is REALLY GENTLE AND MELLOW WITH A HINT OF PLAYFUL. He is wonderful with children and everyone he meets. He is even mannerly at the vet's office! He is great in a car, walks well on a leash and house trained. Eddie (not his given name) was found as a stray initially and it turns out he was 'owned' by a man who moved and left him behind. He became property of the county shelter where he demonstrated all the qualities for the public adoption floor! Unfortunately, and surprisingly, he was not adopted yet. The shelter has moved him to the kill list for next week! PLEASE HELP!!! This boy is as close to perfect as they come! He is everything a family would want in a companion. He fits in anywhere and is affectionate and humble. The animal control officer describes him as 'GRATEFUL'! He also likes to play outside but is a bit submissive around the other dogs so if they initiate play, he will play too Eddie needs a home and he DESERVES one.
