I do TNR for cats in North Tarrant County. In Arlington, there's an auto shop with homeless people living behind it that have dogs. One of them is a St. Bernard mostly. He was growling when I approached so I chose not to continue. He was with two other dogs, but I'm not sure that they're best friends. The lady mentioned she wants to find him a home because they can't take care of him. The dogs will occasionally run off leash and I am afraid they will get picked up and euthanized. Is there something y'all could do to help? I will try to get a photo as soon as possible.
