Finn is a 4-year-old, 12-pound brindle Pomeranian with a gorgeous, unique coat and a soft, loyal personality. He came to rescue after his owner developed severe back problems and could no longer care for him, and he has settled into foster care beautifully. Finn can be shy when meeting new people, but once he trusts you, he becomes a complete Velcro dog who wants to be right beside you at all times. He loves laps, attention, and quiet companionship, and he forms strong bonds with his people. He gets along well with other dogs, though he hasn't shown much interest in playing yet. He mostly prefers relaxing nearby and observing everything going on around him. He ignores cats, rides quietly in a crate in the car, walks nicely on leash, and does well going outside for potty breaks. Finn is a very quiet dog and rarely barks. He currently sleeps in a dog bed at night, though he would probably be thrilled to sleep in bed with his person if allowed. One of Finn's funniest little habits is sneaking off with socks and slippers. He doesn't chew them up or destroy them. He just likes collecting them and cuddling with them like tiny emotional support items. Finn is fully vetted, including a full exam, neuter, dental, vaccinations, deworming, and fecal testing. He is current on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Finn is located in Houston, TX, and his adoption fee is $650. Apply to adopt at www.tpsrescue.com
