About Rooster

Rooster is a 5.5-month-old, 4-pound Pomeranian puppy with a huge personality and nonstop enthusiasm for life. He is outgoing, playful, and always ready to run, wrestle, or zoom around the yard at full speed. If there's a toy nearby, Rooster is already on his way to grab it. He loves other dogs of all sizes and would thrive in a home with another playful dog to help burn off some of his puppy energy. Rooster is sweet, social, and very people-oriented, but he's definitely an active little guy who likes to stay busy. Rooster is kennel trained, pee pad trained, and currently learning to potty outside. He wears a belly band while continuing to work on his house manners. He absolutely loves being outside and running around the yard whenever he gets the chance. He can be a little picky with food, mostly because he gets distracted by everything else going on around him. There are simply too many important puppy activities happening to focus on meals for very long. Rooster previously had PDA surgery at Texas A&M on March 16th and has recovered beautifully. He is doing great and ready to enjoy a completely normal, active life. He also has a mild Grade 1 luxating patella on his right knee, which is not currently causing any issues and simply needs monitoring as he grows. Rooster is fully vetted, including a full exam, neuter, vaccinations, microchip, deworming, and he is current on monthly heartworm and flea prevention.
