I SURVIVED ALONE IN THE DESERT. NOW I'M STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE ME HOME. My name is Asher, and I'm around 5 to 6 years old. In December 2025, I was found living alone in the desert, scared and unsure of the world around me. They brought me to the shelter, and I've been here ever since. Almost ten months of waiting�'�| and I'm still hoping someone will choose me. I'm a little timid when I meet people. Please don't mistake my shyness for not wanting love. I just need time to feel safe with you. Let me move at my own pace, and little by little, I'll show you the gentle heart hiding underneath all that uncertainty. �%9D%A4��%8F Other dogs help me feel brave. I'm very dog friendly, and being around them brings out a side of me you might not see at first. A home with friendly dogs could help me learn that I'm safe and that I finally belong. I walk wonderfully on a leash and enjoy quiet companionship. We don't have to do anything exciting. A peaceful walk, a soft place to rest, and someone who is patient with me would mean so much.
