This tiny 12-pound Norfolk Terrier may have a light, happy name, but life hasn't always been so gentle for him. Found wandering the streets of Houston after being used for breeding, Bubbles spent the first two years of his life treated more like a way to make money than a beloved companion. Now, for the very first time, he's learning what it means to simply be someone's dog. And little by little�'�| his spirit is starting to bubble up. Bubbles is heartworm positive and has already started the slow-kill treatment with his ProHeart 12 injection and monthly Advantage Multi. His future family will need to continue his care while giving him the patience and understanding he deserves as he adjusts to life as a cherished family member instead of a breeding dog. He's not the kind of dog who will burst into a room demanding attention. He's more like the soft fizz in a warm drink on a cozy evening - gentle, comforting, and easy to love once you slow down long enough to notice him. Bubbles is looking for a calm, patient home where he can continue coming out of his shell one tiny 'bubble' at a time. And when he finally realizes he's safe? That's when the real magic happensAs a fee-based adoption rescue, we do not operate on monthly support or fund raisers. Our adoption fee is $350, and transport is arranged for post-adoption.
