About Fred / Boots

Boots and Frederico ('Freddy') are two deeply loved 17-year-old cats who belonged to my mother, who passed away last year. I promised her I would make sure they were safe, cared for, and eventually placed in a truly loving home. They are both remarkably healthy for their age, affectionate, emotionally connected to people, and still very engaged with life. Freddy especially loves closeness and cuddling, and both cats thrive on companionship, attention, and gentle routines. They've spent their lives in a calm home environment and would do best with someone kind, patient, and genuinely looking for loving little companions rather than 'just pets.' Because I have severe cat allergies, I'm unfortunately unable to give them the level of cuddling and closeness they truly deserve long term - so finding the right home matters enormously to me. If you're an experienced cat person (or a very loving future cat person) and have room in your life for two sweet, intelligent little souls, I would love to hear from you. They deserve a soft landing, a peaceful home, and someone who will adore them as much as my mother did.
