I want to rehome a lovely young Border Collie bitch I have. She is 19 months old, a really good looking and quality working bred dog from excellent working parents. She is a traditional black and white short haired upstanding girl with a sweet feminine face which has a very attractive white stripe down the entire nose. Her main positive is her lovely laid back, super well balanced, calm , submissive, gentle nature. She is very very non aggressive, sweet and likable. No psychological issues at all, no extra nervousness, non defensive, no separation anxiety, no fearfulness, no other anxieties etc etc. Thats why I am trying to rehome rather than euthanise her. She also has a low level of excitement which makes her easy to live with but she would probably not make a competitive agility dog. She is not an escapist and I have not taught her to jump fences but she leaps into the farm buggy no worries. Her recall is very good, her hearing is good, her desire to learn is good. After all she is a Border Collie and like a BC she likes to play ball, even in the river. She is a beautiful calm confident swimmer. I have walking difficulty so am very limited in how I can train which has not done her any good and it's not her fault. I don't drive any more so delivery other than nearby is not an option. I struggle with mobile phones so getting photos of her quickly may be a problem. For now, please accept that she is very nice looking, traditional black and whiteBC in lean condition with a very pretty feminine Border Collie face which looks intently at you wanting to learn. She has been part trained to work cattle but due to our infestation of roos and her low level of talent for many cattle jobs I really struggle to continue her training.
